Here is the updated list of events in the goth, industrial, and fetish dance-club scene of New England for February.
New England Scene Darkly is a look at our ever-changing scene with an active list of links so you can get more information on where you can go dancing in clubs or events that play music relative to our mutual interests.
For some, this is just a reminder of when their favorites happen. For others, it's a fresh look at things to do they may not have been aware of. No matter which you are, please get out and support our scene to keep it alive and enjoyable for everyone involved!

WEATHER ADVISORY: Predicting event closures or postponements due to snow is difficult at best, let alone keeping up with such changes on the SeeDarkly calendar. My apologies for any inaccuracies. PLEASE check with any event or venue before going when you see there is snow and be safe.
Here's the News...
* Temple-Con in Warwick RI will hold a Retro-Futurists’ Ball, Friday, February 4th, in the Rotunda of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Details for this are few but you can get some info from this link (look for event #P11.)
* The annual winter Fetish Fair Fleamarket returns to the Westin in Providence, RI from Feb. 11-13 and hosts two separate dance events.
The New Designers' Fetish Fashion Show happens on the first night of the weekend and you can get more detailed information from this link.
The Network/La Red Fetish Masquerade happens on the second night of the weekend and you can get more detailed information from this link.
Both events are included on the calendar.
* Mydnyt at Industry (the venue formerly known as "Jerky's") in Providence was supposed to start last month, but was delayed due to snow. It now is opening officially on February 8.
* Providence is also getting another new weekly event this month on Sundays called Zombie Inc. at the Colosseum starting on February 20. They are still developing their webspace but have their initial Facebook invite up with info. That will be the link until the other is ready and is linked below and on the N.E.S.D. calendar.
That is all I have for February news, changes, and additions. If I hear of any other new events or one-shots that fit the criteria, they'll go directly on the calendar where I try to update the schedule as often as I'm aware of changes or additions.
As always, this is an inclusive effort and not meant to knowingly exclude anyone in the NE goth and fetish scene.
